Hearing Brain Audiology is a small and client-focused healthcare practice. To help focus on patient care, we partner with Retell AI to offer a virtual front desk for incoming calls. Our front desk agent is equipped to answer most high-level questions and provide support to callers when needed. Please see below for the full privacy policy and terms & conditions.
Callers can choose to reach out through the website or by email if they would like to connect directly with a member of our team. Response times through email can be slow, as we encourage our team to emphasize patient care.
We recommend trying our virtual front desk for immediate assistance: 312-841-7422
